Tonya M. Mack

Tonya M. Mack of Newell passed unexpectedly while at her job as the night manager at the Holiday Inn Express in

Newell on Thursday, February 8, 2018, of natural causes.

Passing at the young age of 38 years old, Tonya was a beloved daughter, mother, sister and friend.

She was a daughter of Michelle Bolton Stevens (Step-father Doug Stevens) of Newell and Scott Ingram Sr. of East Liverpool. Tonya was born in Salem, OH., on April 28, 1979.

In addition to her parents, Tonya will be deeply missed by her children, Marissa Davis, Camden Cunningham, and Hunter Mack of Newell, as well as her brother, Christopher Ingram and his wife Samantha of East Liverpool, and half siblings Wendy Tremble, and Mark and Beth Ingram. Her brother Scott Ingram Jr. preceded her in death.

She was a 1997 graduate of Oak Glen High School, and was very dedicated to her children’s lives and their sporting events. This past season she had served as the Oak Glen Middle School basketball statistician.

Tonya was passionate about everything she did, especially helping and being there for the OG Jr. Bears, whether working the concession stand, or cheering in the stands. Not only did she cheer for her own children, but she cheered for everyone else’s too. Win or lose, no matter what, she created a positive effect on the whole community. No one had as much heart and spirit as she did. Thank you for your unconditional love and support, you will remain in our hearts and minds forever.

Friends are invited to visit with the family as they pay a final tribute to Tonya on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, from 3-7 p.m. at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester. Guests are welcome to gather at the VFW Hall in Chester after services for food and remembrance.
