Weirton, WV.

Susan L. Clendenning, 60 of Main St. in Weirton, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2018, at the Brightwood Center in Follansbee following a lengthy battle with cancer.

Born in Steubenville on June 19, 1958, she was a daughter of the late Jack and Nancy Reese Owens.

A 1976 graduate of Brooke High School, she had worked as a laborer at Fed X in Pittsburgh.

Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Cox of Wellsburg, WV.; her sister, Carol Simmons of Jacksonville, FL., her brothers, Allen (Candace) Owens of Follansbee, and Jack Owens of South Carolina; her best friend, Jerri White of Wellsburg; and three grandchildren, Aaron, Kyler, and RJ.

Cremation services are being provided by the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester, WV.
