Ruth Betlyn Obituary

Ruth Ann Betlyn, 57, of East Liverpool, passed away, Sunday, August 26, 2018, at her home, following a lengthy illness.

Born, September 18, 1960, she is a daughter of Leon Betlyn of Coraopolis, Pa. and the late Lillian Betlyn.

She was a graduate of Moon High School and St. Francis School of Nursing in Pittsburgh and she was an EMT.

Ruth was a Christian by faith.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Charles Burke of East Liverpool; daughters, Sara Ann Burke of East Liverpool, Jesse Francis Burke of Aliquippa and Alexandria Cathrin Burke of Aliquippa; son, Kevin Paligi 1 brother; 4 sisters; and she also leaves behind 4 grandchildren.

No services are planned at this time and the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester was in charge of handling these arrangements.
