Ronald D. Higgins,beloved son and brother, 47, of Salineville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 1, 2017.

Born, December 6, 1969, he was a son of Harold Thomas Higgins of Salineville and the late Linda Morgan.

Ron was a graduate of East Liverpool High School and he received his bachelors in education from Kent State University.

He was currently teaching at Westgate Middle School.

Ron is also survived by his brothers, David Higgins of Pittsburgh and Gary Higgins of Salineville; niece, Taira Higgins, nephew, Jake Higgins and nieces, Hannah and Gracie Higgins. He will be greatly missed by his family. 

No services are planned, and he is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester, WV.
