Nona E. (Crago) Katzenmeyer

Nona Esther Crago Katzenmeyer, 73, of New Cumberland, passed away, Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at the Weirton Medical Center.

Born, June 18, 1946, in Steubenville, she was a daughter of the late Melvin and Myrtle Hughes Crago.

Nona was also preceded in death by her brother, Melvin “Butch” Crago.

She graduated from South Side High School and she was a homemaker. Nona enjoyed spending time with her family, but she was most proud of her grandchildren. If you walked down 2nd Ave you would always be greeted by a "Hello" from a smiling Nona as she sat on the porch of their home. 2nd Ave isn’t going to be the same without her.

She will be missed by her loving husband, Allen Katzenmeyer; daughter, Nicole Graham, Crista Reese and husband Ron; sister, Sandra Nalley; grandchildren, Jamie Pierce (Malcolm), Jonathan Graham, Trey Reese, and Cody Graham; great-grandchildren, Dillon, David, and Darren Graham. She will also be missed by her Pomeranian baby girl, Roo.

Per Nona’s wishes, no services are planned, and the Arner Funeral Chapel was entrusted with handling her arrangements.
