Mary Lou Duncan

Mary Lou Duncan, 82, of Wellsville, passed away, Sunday, January 5, 2020, at East Liverpool City Hospital, following a lengthy illness.

Born, January 5, 1938, in Wellsville, she was a daughter of Lightburn and Ethel Parson Nelson. She was also preceded in death by her son, Paul Raymond Duncan, brothers, Carl, Berny Jay, Raymond, and LeeRoy Nelson, sisters, Junie Cowmen, Twila Miles Bowmen, Helen Tice, Midge Maple, and Wilma Nelson Budryk.

Mary Lou was a graduate of Wellsville High School and she retired from Bricker’s Cafeteria. She enjoyed playing bingo, gambling and going on cruises with her family.  Mary Lou was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.

She will be missed by her son, Frank Duncan Sr. and his wife Debbie of East Liverpool’ brother, Richard Nelson and his wife Goldie of East Liverpool and by her 2 grandchildren Bobbi Jo and Kenneth and 2 great-grandchildren Addison and Tatum

Per Mary Lou’s wishes, no services are planned and the Arner Funeral Chapel was entrusted with her arrangements.
