Born, January 4, 1961, in Brunswick, OH., she is a daughter of the late William and Missouri Ice Yowkaski.
Louise was a graduate of Valley High School and she had retired from East Ohio Dominion Gas Company.
She is survived by her husband Michael McKay of East Liverpool.
No services are planned at this time and she is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
