Together Again. On Sunday, April 1, 2018, Linda K (Flowers) Joy left behind earthly concerns. Born July 27, 1949, in East Liverpool to James E and Irene K (Enochs) Flowers, Linda was a lifelong East Liverpool resident. Along with her parents, she rejoins her husband Robert L Joy.

“You can shed tears that she is gone, or you can smile because she has lived.” Choosing to smile and celebrate her life are daughter Jaye (Robert Polana) Jacobs, son Joseph (Theresa) Hilditch, grandson Joel (Sarah) Hilditch, sister-in-law Carol Sue Bennett, and her beloved cat Fred. Services have entrusted to the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
