Joyce Lynn Hart, 51 of Parkersburg, West Virginia passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA., from injuries sustained in a house fire in Parkersburg.

Born on October 8, 1966, in Chicago, IL., she was a daughter of Judith Martin Salto of Irvington, AL.

Joyce was working as a clerk in an antique shop in Parkersburg, and she attended the Cornerstone Church in Parkersburg.

The outpouring of love and support have been overwhelming from the hundreds of people that Joyce has assisted in recovery.

In addition to her mother, Joyce is survived by her fiancée, Roscoe Edward Wilson of Parkersburg, and her sister, Jennie (Les) Lampe of Irvington, AL.
