Jennifer S. (Coen) Richter, 64, of Moundsville, WV., died, August 31, 2019, at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born July 5, 1955, in East Liverpool. She was a daughter of the late Ralph ad Elaine Staley Coen.
Jennifer leaves behind a brother Richard Coen of Cape Canaveral, FL. and sister, Peggy (Don) Simmons of Chester. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Rod, Harold, Tim and Greg and by her son Timothy Gregg.
Pastor Robert McGuire will celebrate Jennifer’s life in the chapel at Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens in Newell at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, September 4, 2019.
The Arner Funeral Chapel was entrusted with handling these arrangements.
