Jeffrey J. Smyers, 56, of East Liverpool, passed away suddenly, following a history of heart disease, Sunday, June 23, 2019.

Born, February 24, 1963, in New York, NY., he was a son of Jack and Marie McMahan Smyers of Oakdale, PA.

Jeff was a graduate of West Allegheny High School. He worked for many years as a Riverboat Pilot.

He is survived by his parents and his companion of 21 years Valene Birkheimer Severs.
