James Leroy Barker, 66 of East Liverpool passed away at the Valley Oaks Care Center on Tuesday, May 29, 2018.

Born in East Liverpool on November 4, 1951, he was a son of Clyde L. Barker of East Liverpool and the late Namoi Wright Barker.

He was a Christian by faith.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Sperry Barker; his daughter, Melissa; His brother, Clyde Barker Jr. of Salem; and his sister, Ruth Ann Barker of Lisbon.

In fulfilling his wishes, no services are planned. Services have been entrusted to the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
