Glenda Tice, 65, of East Liverpool, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017, at The Laurels of Steubenville following a brief illness.

Born December 26, 1951, in East Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Glenn and Katherine Neilson Tice.

Glenda was also preceded in death by her brother, Finley Tice.

She was a graduate of East Liverpool High School and she retired from Hall China.

Glenda is survived by her sister Judy Merkle of Weirton.
