Gary L. Tarver, 64, of East Liverpool, passed away, Friday, October 4, 2019, at the East Liverpool City Hospital.
Born, August 23, 1955, in Youngstown, OH., he was a son of the late Cornelius M. and Geneva Mayle Tarver.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn “Sue” Sines Tarver.
Gary was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He retired from Ferro Corporation.
He leaves behind five stepsons.
