Bonnie L. Clutter passed away at the home of her daughter in Harrisburg, PA., on Saturday, November 11, 2017, after a lingering illness.

90 years old, Bonnie was born in East Liverpool on October 1, 1927, to the late John and Maude Watkins Morgan.

Bonnie was a wonderful homemaker, caring for her home and family, but more than anything, she loved being “NAN”. For several years, she worked at Waterford Park, and later at Wheeling Park.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Al Clutter on August 30, 2015, and her son Patrick Clutter.

Surviving are her children, Michael J. Clutter of Clermont, FL., Candace L. Clutter of Harrisburg, PA., and Martin J. (Chip) Clutter of New Cumberland; her daughter-in-law, Angie Clutter of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Stephanie Smith Bevec, Stacey Smith, Matthew Clutter, Mark Clutter, Missy Clutter Rogers, Crissy Clutter, Kelly Clutter, Patrick R. Clutter, Emily Clutter, and Caydee M. Clutter; and her great grandchildren, Kendall and Denni Marie Strasser, Kevin Strasser, Taylor Rogers, Haley Rogers, and Delaney, Arrington, Quentin Clutter, and Hudson Ager

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at the Locust Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Father Jeeson Stephan will preside. Interment will immediately follow. These arrangements are in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
