Beryl E. Maple Carr, 82, of Chester, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017, at the East Liverpool City Hospital following a brief illness.

Born November 30, 1934, in East Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Ross and Garnet Weltner Yoho.

Beryl was also preceded in death by her first husband, Hayward Maple; second husband, Charles Carr and by her brother, Gerald Yoho.

She was a graduate of West Allegheny High School and a member of the First Christian Church in Chester.

Beryl worked for 28 years as an inspector for General Motors Corporation.

She is survived by her sons; Roger Maple of East Liverpool and Mark Maple and his wife Connie of Chester; daughters, Karen Lockhart and her husband Robert of Industry, PA. and Terri Zaleski and her husband Jack of Harpers Ferry, WV.; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

At Mrs. Carr's request, there will not be any services and she is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
