Arthur Brown Obituary
Arthur “Ray” Brown, 67, of East Liverpool, passed away, Sunday, April 28, 2019, at the East Liverpool City Hospital.
Born, December 16, 1951, in Braxton, WV., he was a son of the late Luther Wright Brown and Helen Walton Snider.
He attended East Liverpool High School and was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He served during the Vietnam War as a helicopter gunman.
Ray was the full-time caregiver for his mother until she passed away.
He will be deeply missed by his siblings, Paul Snider, Joyce Snider, Peg Gorby, Joylynn Snider, Bill, and Tom Snider; and by his numerous nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his faithful companion, his dog Spider.
Ray was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Valentine.
Per Ray’s request, no services are planned at this time. The Arner Funeral Chapel was entrusted with handling these arrangements.
