Loving father, devoted husband and proud veteran, Andrew “Andy” Belohlavek, 86, of Weirton, formerly of Pittsburgh, passed away, Monday, August 27, 2018, at the Good Shepherd nursing home in Wheeling.

Born, September 4, 1931, in Pittsburgh, PA., he is a son of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Seib Belohlavek.

He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 66 years, Gloria Belohlavek; children, Donna Butto and her husband Bobby of Weirton, son, Todd Andrew Belohlavek of Weirton, WV. and Bruce Robert Belohlavek and his wife Mary of Moon Township, PA.; grandchildren, Robert Andrew, Alex and Dara Belohlavek.

No services are planned at this time and memorial contributions can be made to the Good Shepherd Nursing Home, 159 Edgington Lane, Wheeling, WV. 26003.
