William R. “Dutch” Cheuvront Jr. passed away in the emergency room at East Liverpool City Hospital on Sunday, February 19, 2017.

Dutch was a kind and generous soul who will always be remembered for his giving heart. He was a son of William and Barbara Cronin Cheuvront Sr. of Chester. 38 years old, Dutch was born in Weirton on August 11, 1978.

For 20 years he worked as a deck hand on the river, most of those years were spent with Campbell Transportation Company. He also worked as security personal for several area clubs and he was almost famous for his recurring role on the Outsider television series.

Never married he leaves mom and dad; his sister, Mo; several aunts, an uncle and lots of cousins.

Friends are invited to join his family as they pay tribute to Dutch at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester on Friday, February 24 from 3-6 p.m.
