Thecil Willison

Thecil Willison, 89 of East Liverpool passed away at the East Liverpool City Hospital on Saturday, March 17, 2018, after a brief illness.

A lifelong resident, she was born in East Liverpool on November 15, 1928, to the late Claude and Elizabeth Milbaugh Gochenour.

Thecil was a loving wife, mother & grandmother to her family, once her children were all in school, she began working at Hall China, where she retired after 23 years from the Color Room. She was a 1946 graduate of East Liverpool High School.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Warren E. Willison, two sons, Raymond E. and Mark Allan Willison, her grandson, Trevor Smith, and two brothers, Ray and Melvin Gochenour.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Vickie Ridgley and her husband Don with whom she resided in East Liverpool, Sheila Harpold and her companion Joe Burton of East Liverpool, Gary Willison of Dresden, OH., and Mike Willison of Irondale, OH. Fifteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren also survive.

A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Columbiana County Memorial Park in East Liverpool. These services have been entrusted to the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
