Shirley A. Davis, 80, of Lisbon, passed away, Sunday, December 3, 2017, at her home.

Born March 8, 1937, in East Liverpool, she is a daughter of the late Leo and Susan Lucille Pickens Payne.

Shirley was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Davis; son, Robert Davis; brothers, Richard and William Payne.

She was a graduate of East Liverpool High School and a member of the Lake Mount Church of Christ.

Shirley is survived by her sons; Charles M. (Pam) Davis of Wellsville and Mike (Judy) Davis of East Liverpool; brothers, John Payne of East Liverpool and Mike Payne of FL.; sisters, Joan Stowers of East Liverpool, Cindy of Negley, OH. and Norma McMahan of East Liverpool and she is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

We will celebrate Shirley’s life at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester on Friday, December 8, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens in Newell. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home on Thursday, from 6-8 p.m.
