Raymond K. Orin, 74 of Wellsville passed away at the East Liverpool City Hospital on Saturday, January 27, 2018, after a brief illness.

Born in East Liverpool on April 18, 1943, Ray was a son of the late George Orin and Grace Orin Milton and his maternal mother, Mary Elizabeth Galloway.

He leaves behind his wife, Janis Holt Orin who he married February 4, 1965. He also leaves three children, Lisa Orin, Raymond Orin Jr. and his wife Amanda, and Brian Orin. There are eight grandchildren, Raymond Orin III, Mackenzie Orin, Zakk Scoville, Haley Scoville, Cole Orin, Raegan Orin, and Alyssa & Brian Orin Jr. Also surviving are two sisters, Grace Johnson and her husband Jim, and Anita Lawson.

A devoted animal lover, Ray was a wise man, instilling great character and integrity in his children. He loved the water and fishing. After retirement, Ray spent a lot of quality time at the Broadway Warf in East Liverpool. He was a professional truck driver for 34 years, working for Hoppel Trucking and System Logistics.
