Lynda Marker Butler 69 of Weirton passed away at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, following a difficult battle with cancer.

A daughter of the late Elmer and Margaret Menedez Marker, she was born in Steubenville on March 27, 1948.

A Christian by faith and a graduate of Weir High, Lynda was a private home health nurse’s aide.

Surviving is her aunt, Ida Zaladziejewski; her uncle Roy Marker; and several cousins.

Cremation services are in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
