Janet Lee Beighley, 77 of Chester passed away at Stone Pear Pavilion on Tuesday, March 21, 2017.

Born on October 21, 1939 in Friendly West Virginia, she was a daughter of Thomas E. Brewer and Lena K. Blaylock and raised by her adoptive parents, Spencer and Sylvia Kell.

A member of the Newell First Church of Christ, she retired after 10 years as a housekeeper at Hampton Inns.

She had been a member of the Ladies Axillary to the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Pompano Beach, FL.

Her husband, Robert Dean Beighley and brother, Kenny Babb preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children, Sylvia (Ken) Reese of Winter Haven, FL, Cindy (Vernon) Chastain of Winter Haven, and Bobbi Beckett of Lakeland, FL; a brother, Robert Leroy Blaylock of Newark, OH; a nephew, Steve Babb of Painesville, OH; four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

In fulfilling her wishes, no services are planned and she is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
