James H. Johnson, 82 of East Liverpool passed away at the Calcutta Health Care Center on Thursday, November 30, 2017 following a lengthy illness.
Born in East Liverpool on October 27, 1935, he was a son of the late Lawrence and Lora J. Wright Johnson.
He was a veteran of the US Air Force and a retiree of the former Crucible Steel in Midland.
Two sisters, Nancy Schmidbauer of East Liverpool and June Linger of Texas, and one brother, Charles Johnson of East Liverpool, survive.
In fulfilling Jim’s wishes, no services are planned and interment will be at the Spring Grove Cemetery in East Liverpool. He is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
