Diane C. Kelly passed away at home outside of Wellsville on Saturday, November 4, 2017 after battling cancer for some time. Her husband, Mark Kelly had been providing Diane with love and comfort during her difficult illness.

Born in East Liverpool on February 25, 1963, she was 54 years old. Diane was a daughter of Betty Dunlap Cox of East Liverpool and the late Daniel Cox.

She had been employed as a plastic press operator at Ram Plastics in North Lima. A Free Methodist by faith, Diane was a 1981 graduate of East Liverpool High School and she was an enthusiastic attendee at Zumba by Megan at Power Fitness in East Liverpool.

Along with her father, one brother, Robert Cox preceded her in death.

In addition to her husband Mark, and her mother Betty, survivors include two sisters, Barb Higgins of Pittsburgh, and Shirley Kelly and her husband Stephen of East Liverpool; as well as several nieces and nephews; and her faithful dog’s, Kassie, and Kyle.

Rev. Harold Hair will celebrate Diane’s life at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester on Wednesday, November 8, at 7:30 p.m. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home, also on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-7:30 p.m. Private interment will be on Thursday at Spring Grove Cemetery in East Liverpool.
