David C. “Charlie” Smith, 30 of East Liverpool passed away at the Union County Memorial Hospital in Marysville, Ohio on Saturday, February 24, 2018.
He is a son of Charles and Elizabeth “Beth” Alford Butler of East Liverpool. Charlie was born in East Liverpool on December 26, 1987.
A Christian by faith, he was a graduate of Triad High School in North Lewisburg, OH.
Charlie was preceded in death by his sister, Jana Butler, his aunt, Wendy Butler, and his grandparents, Clarence and Creola Butler.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his brothers, Anthony Smith and his wife Jennifer of Tennessee, Brandon Smith of Urbana, OH., and William Butler of Marysville, OH; his sister, Gladys Butler of Marysville, his maternal grandparents, Paul and Gladys Alford, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester on Thursday, March 1, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Tom Schneidmiller officiating. Private interment will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park in East Liverpool.
