Billy J. Talbert, 62, of East Liverpool, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017, at The Hospice House in Boardman, OH., following a lengthy illness.

Born, June 5, 1955, in Steubenville, he was a son of the late Basil V. and Jane Hooper Talbert.

Billy was a 1974 graduate of Stanton Local High School and he was a proud member of the United States Marines.

 A former employee of Conrail where he worked as an engineer. He was a member of Iron Workers Local #3 and a member of the NRA and he enjoyed fishing.

He leaves behind his companion Diane Cumberledge; son, Christopher (Cathy) Talbert; his brother, Don (Deborah) Talbert of East Liverpool; granddaughter, Natalie Talbert; stepchildren, Howie (Jennifer) Webb of Chippewa and Mike (Kim) Webb of Hopewell; grandchildren, Hannah, Kaitlin and Jeremy Webb and Rachel and Emily Bears.

No services are planned, and he is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester, WV.
