Ann Lucille Parsons, 91, of Marshall, MO., former resident of New Cumberland, passed away peacefully at Mar- Saline Manor in Missouri on Saturday, February 11, 2017.

Born February 8, 1926 in Chester, WV., she was a daughter of the late Alvin and Edna Scalley Clutter.

She was preceded in death by her husband John W. Parsons, whom she was married to for 45 yrs.

Ann was a Christian by faith and a dedicated homemaker. Her and John were avid sports fans and played in a softball league for many years.

She leaves behind her sons, Gregory John Parsons and his wife Traci L. Parsons of Chillicothe, Ohio and Jim Parsons and his wife Jean and their daughter Alicia of Puyallup, WA.

Pastor Tom Schneidmiller will celebrate her life on Friday, February 17 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens in Newell, followed by interment. Her arrangements are in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
