Albert A. Clutter, 73, of East Liverpool, passed away suddenly, Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at his residence.

Born August, 11, 1943 in East Liverpool, he was a son of the late Allen Clutter and Alberta Clutter Wilson.

Albert retired from Home Laughlin, where he worked in the maintenance department. He is a member of the GMPAW International.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Donald Allen Clutter Jr. and his brother, Sam Clutter

Albert leaves behind his wife of 51 years, Mildred Beaver Clutter; son, Donald Allen Clutter Sr. and his wife Cindy of East Liverpool; daughter, Christina Clutter of East Liverpool; sister, Linda Coen of Chester; Grandchildren, Ethan Clutter, Alesia Reed and two great grandchildren, Analeigh and Tatum Reed as well as several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to join his family as they pay tribute to Albert at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester on Friday, February 24 from 5-8 p.m.
